Shipping And Handling
- All shippings will be made through Poslaju
- We strive to pack and ship all orders within 24 hours after payment is received
- Orders made on Saturday will only be shipped on Monday
- The postage charges are as follow :
- Sabah & Sarawak = RM8.00 (for 1-2 items)
- Semenanjung Malaysia = RM10.00 (for 1-2items)
- For purchases of 5 items and above, free postage will be given
Returns And Refunds
- In the event that you receive goods that are damaged or are faulty, we will refund the total amount of your order including the shipping/postage originally charged.
- We cannot accept returns of opened items, items returned more than 14 days after delivery, items that are not in their original packaging, items which were damaged after shipping or custom-made items (that are not defective).
- Please note that we are not responsible for any postage costs for the returning of the goods to us.
